History

Green Jacket Lads was established in 2020 by our dear friend Jacob Rudger, who realized the lads needed a bit more action come Masters Sunday. What began as a pool of 13 members, run out of a Google Sheet with manually updated scores, has grown into something far greater.

The 2025 tournament marked a milestone year, with a record 53 entries and a purse surpassing $1,000. It also signaled the end of an era, the final year the pool was managed in a Google Sheet. We hope this new platform makes it easier than ever for members to track their picks, follow the action, and enjoy the week.

We appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to continuing this tradition that's unlike any other.
